During our stay at Innkeeper's House, we were greeted by a truly lovely staff. Every member we encountered was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. We had a delightful experience from start to finish. The location was perfect, offering a charming area close to York. We particularly enjoyed the pub, which was the ideal spot for a birthday meal. Not only that, but we also had a delicious Sunday lunch there. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were all really polite, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is in a lovely area, close to the city of York. I had a perfect birthday meal at the pub and also enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. I also found the hotel facilities to be great, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

The bathroom had a refreshing shower and complimentary toiletries, adding to my comfort. The bed linen and towels provided were clean and fresh, and I loved lounging around watching the flat-screen TV in the evenings.

Personally, I would have preferred an apartment with a stove rather than just an oven. Others might still find it convenient for their needs.

The two bedrooms provided a comfortable and peaceful space to get a good night's sleep. I loved that the apartment provided bed linen and towels, so I didn't have to worry about bringing my own. Watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV added a nice touch of entertainment to my stay.

Personally, I found the lack of an oven in the apartment a bit disappointing. However, I understand that others might not see it as a big deal.
